あれが特定の店でしか食べられないものだったら絶対に取材に行っていると思います。「う、うまい…！」なんて書いてるでしょう、きっと。 安くて（ウインナーのなかでは高いけど、牛肉などに比べると安い）、どこでもあるので見逃しがちですがあれこそ青い鳥です。その証拠にシャウエッセ
ンより高いのにシャウエッセンよりも美味しくないものはたくさんあります。食べ物と値段の秩序を揺るがしかねないアナーキーな食材だと思います。
