何度も思い出してしまう辛かった体験は、頭に浮かんでる時に
「あーおもしろかった！！」って声に出して言うといいって聞いたことがある。
まだ解決していないから処理しろって脳が命令してくるなら、「もう済んだこと、
おもしろかった、チャンチャン♪」って、脳をだましちゃうの。そしたら脳は
そうかこの案件は処理済、ってなってもう思い出さなくなるんだって。
