毎秒、現在から過去へ時間は過ぎ去っています。

残っているのは、あなたの「記憶」だけです。

誰かにいやなことを言われると、そのいやな言葉のフレーズを

何度も頭のなかで繰り返し、忘れないように記憶しなおしていない

ですか。

何度もその場面を思い出し、繰り返しいやなフレーズを思い出し、

何度も何度もイヤな気分を感じています。

わたしの場合でも50回以上100回くらいは繰り返して思い出しているの

ではないかと思っています。

しかし、これは2回目からは自分で思い出しているのですね。

それに気がつくことが禅的悩み解決の第一歩だと考えています。
